Viewers. Editors. Administrators. The choice is yours.
Opening or restricting certain data within your projects allows both exploration and production and land service companies to monitor and keep their data as clean and relevant as possible. Team members are set up in a license as either license administrators, user administrators, regular users, or viewers. Each of these roles comes with its own set of permission rights based on how they will be using the system.
Once a user is set up in a license, they are added to the particular projects they will be working on. The license administrator can then allow or restrict specific permissions within different areas of data. For example, a user can be set up in a project with only the ability to edit the tracts that he created. These multiple levels of permissions ensure the accuracy and security of your data.
