Meet some of the folks who keep our system growing and developing, continually striving to make iLandMan the most effective and efficient tool for landman to use every day.
For over thirty years, Tim Supple has seen landmen as the entrepreneurial spirit of the oil and gas industry.
An oil and gas landman from 1978 thru 2000, a small E&P operator from 1985 to 1997, and a real estate investor since 1986. He knows what an E&P firm needs and wants from the land department, and he knows how to champion the brokers who are willing to accept a better way. For two decades Mr. Supple observed (and participated) in the unmanageable field of land management as a large brokerage he formed in 1986. At different points in time assisting E&P’s such as Chevron, Exxon, and Apache to obtain their land acquisitions on millions of acreage throughout North America, and managing large brokerage crews.
In 2001, development of iLandMan began with partner Richard Hines. The product was launched in 2005 as the executives began serving a client base. Within the last year iLandMan has doubled the number of people using the product.
Mr. Supple graduated from LSU with a Bachelors of Science in History in 1976, but has a personal goal of graduating more land professionals into a new era of land management that creates efficiencies the oil and gas industry has never seen from the land acquisition phase.

If there has ever been an example of a person going from student of the business to leader of the land industry Richard Hines would be a sterling one. His commitment to the land industry and his community spans 3 decades.
Longtime business partner to Tim Supple and Vice President of American Data Corporation, Mr. Hines has been instrumental in bringing about the convergence of all the disparate activities landmen have historically been engaged with as they conduct the land acquisition role to E&P firms. His experiential, hands on background combined with his appetite for leveraging better ways to get things done is key to the intuitive features of iLandMan. Prior to forming iLandMan, for over 20 years he worked side by side with Mr. Supple managing operations.
Mr. Hines has served as Third Vice President of the American Association of Professional Landman (AAPL), and currently serves on the Certification Committee and the Website/IT Committee. He was the recipient of the 2008 AAPL Best Director’s Communication Award.
He has effectively sponsored and stewarded legislation for the land industry at the State level to foster improved professional standards and working conditions for landmen. Equally active in his community he has provided numerous solutions as a Board member for organizations such as Boys and Girls Clubs of America, American Red Cross, Saint Jude and United Way.
Mr. Hines graduated from U.S.L. in 1984 with a Petroleum Land Management degree and has made a genuine impact in the Southern Louisiana region. His legacy is likely to be that of an ambassador to the E&P industry who improved the economics and workflow of land acquisition like no one has ever seen.

T.J. Westerhaus III has made a career of putting products and services together with companies in a way that is meaningful and adds value to a customer's business. He is responsible for revenue generation, driving growth and managing the sales organization at iLandMan.
Mr. Westerhaus brings more than two decades of high tech sales and sales management experience within the E&P marketplace to iLandMan. His successful track record includes rapidly growing small and start-up companies, as well as, he has the experience of managing large sales teams and international accounts for a Fortune 500 company.
Prior to joining iLandMan, Westerhaus was the Global Sales Performance Leader for Landmark Graphics Corp. a Halliburton Company. He has also held sales management positions with E&P technology and telecommunication companies including 11 years as the Vice President Sales & Marketing for Production Enhancement Corporation (PENCOR), where he was instrumental in growing a small company into the worldwide leader in the reservoir fluid sampling and analysis business, prior to its acquisition by Core Laboratories. T.J. earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla in 1985.
In the years ahead, he expects to earn the reputation of the oil and gas executive who introduced the best land management system the industry has ever seen.

A native of Camp Point, Illinois, Tom graduated from Tri-State State Baptist College in Walls, Mississippi before moving to Texas in 2007. Over the next seven years, Tom held operations and sales positions of increasing responsibility, from overseeing field technology services to in-house web application development and more.
In 2014 Wilson made the switch from field software as a service (SaaS) to oil and gas document and records management SaaS solutions with Wisconsin-based TAB Products. Before joining iLandMan, he specialized in accounts payable invoice automation software sales in the US and Canada for Yooz, Inc.
Tom is married to wife Melissa and has three sons Layton, Landon, and Lance. He enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, football, baseball, and science fiction.

A New Iberia native, Chapman is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.
He comes from a family of newspapermen and began his advertising career in retail sales with Gannett-owned Daily Advertiser. After over three years in sales, Chapman transitioned to the role of Brand Developer with branding agency The Russo Group, working with both local and regional clientele on branding and marketing projects with a strong focus in digital marketing and new technologies.
Chapman then joined iLandMan as Marketing Director, managing all aspects of iLandMan's brand and marketing presence, including brand identity and awareness, email marketing campaigns, social media, website development, search engine marketing and optimization, traditional media, sales collateral, trade shows, promotional materials, partner programs, and other special projects.
Along with his role in the marketing profession, Adam is an active member (and former board member) of the705, does marketing consultation for a number of non-profits, coaches and plays in an adult kickball league, and has been organizing the local monthly Social Media Breakfast for over 5 years.
