+ Web Developer/Data Analyst

iLandMan is the leading cloud-based, full life cycle land solution for Exploration & Production, Midstream, and Land Service Companies. We are experiencing rapid growth and are on the lookout for talented and motivated individuals to join our team.

 

We are currently seeking a Web Developer/Data Analyst to work full-time in our Lafayette, LA headquarters.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Design, develop, and implement customized web applications, web services, and enterprise solutions for clients using SQL Server, C#, .NET, MVC and JQuery. Interface with customers to identify, develop, and implement transitioning of data from product to product. Work closely with other developers to design and develop public-facing web sites for the management, manipulation, and visualization of spatial data. Assist with application development estimating, planning, and progress tracking. Actively and effectively participate in various activities within the software development cycle.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Experience with the following development languages: C# .NET, SQL. Comfort working in Microsoft based realms: operating systems and platforms (.NET), application servers (IIS), architecture, implementation patterns. Experience with SQL Server. Ability to solve any number of problems from code bugs to database connectivity to application server or operating system failures. Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical project managers or customers.

 

Recommended Qualifications:

 

Experience with web-based technologies: HTML, Jquery, Javscript, Web-Sockets. Knowledge of IT security concepts such as SSL/TLS, tokens. Knowledge of geospatial and mapping concepts such as spatial analysis, map projections, etc.

+ Lease Analyst

iLandMan is the leading cloud-based, full life cycle land solution for Exploration & Production, Midstream, and Land Service Companies. We are experiencing rapid growth and are on the lookout for talented and motivated individuals to join our team.

 

We are currently seeking several Lease Analysts to work part-time from home in the Houston, San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Lafayette areas.

 

How Your Success Will Be Measured:

 

Your success will be measured by consistently and accurately completing your assigned projects in a timely fashion. You will be analyzing, implementing and maintaining terms and payments for lease, mineral, and contractual agreements in the iLandMan system. Ensuring that all land-based payments are processed on time, you will help to provide our clients with land-based, comprehensive data analysis through our powerful reporting tools and maps.

 

Primary Responsibilities (under minimal supervision):

 

  • Accurate and timely review of leases, minerals, and contracts involving company assets for geographic area assigned.
  • Interacts with client groups to ensure necessary reports and documents are provided in a timely manner.
  • Assists with quarterly acreage review in preparation for annual reporting as needed.
  • Accurately interprets title opinions and curative documents to establish and confirm proper ownership.
  • Leads team projects and ensures timely and accurate delivery of results.

 

Recommended Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Petroleum Management, or Business with 3 years of lease and contracts experience and 2-3 years of iLandMan experience
  • OR
  • High school diploma with at least 10 years of leasing and/or lease analyst experience including some iLandMan experience.
  • Strong knowledge of working, net revenue, royalty and overriding interests, oil and gas leases, minerals, easements, joint operating agreements, farmout/in agreements, exploration agreements, participation agreements, pooling orders and title curative for one or more company core geographical areas.
  • AAPL, NALTA, or NADOA certification

+ Regional Sales Executive

iLandMan is the leading cloud-based, full life cycle land solution for Exploration & Production, Midstream, and Land Service Companies. We are experiencing rapid growth and are on the lookout for talented and motivated individuals to join our team.

 

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Executive to work full-time from home in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

 

As the Regional Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of a fast growth, fast paced company, one in which a self-motivated individual can thrive. You will work from home and report to the VP of Sales based in Houston. Your personal mission will be to achieve the goals of growing the customer base and top line revenues in the Region while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Your success will ultimately be measured by consistently meeting or exceeding your assigned quota for closing software and services business opportunities. You should be energized by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced work environment, possess a sense of urgency, self-confident, self-directed and bring the maturity and acumen needed to move forward quickly, but also smartly. We are seeking a professional with proven success in software sales in the oil and energy industry.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Understand the iLandMan product offerings, value and market
  • Leverage a consultative approach to determine customer needs
  • Proactively selling into multiple levels of an organization
  • Delivery of presentations and technical demonstrations
  • Ability to develop strong champions
  • Consistently build new pipeline via cold calling, email campaigns, trade show attendees and referrals
  • Research prospects, identify stakeholders, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
  • Close new software and services business

 

Recommended Qualifications:

 

  • 7+ years of software sales experience, 5+ years experience selling Enterprise Software deployed as SaaS desired
  • Proven success in delivering a value proposition to develop new business and manage a complex sales cycle
  • Executive-level and Land Department contacts in Upstream and Midstream Oil & Gas preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, organizational and closing skills
  • Self-starter that has succeeded in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and constantly pushes themselves to improve and achieve success; must be persistent
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize effectively, meet deadlines, report accurately
  • Thorough understanding of the SaaS business model
  • Experience selling in a competitive environment
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Word and Excel
  • Able to work effectively from home in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex
  • 4 year BA/BS degree required
